Rivertown Players, Inc. is looking for directors for our 2012-13 Season.
Stage experience IS required to direct.
Tentative production months are: March 2012, July 2012, Oct 2012, December2012, and possible Summer Workshops to focus on skill development TBA (Production ideas: Children’s Theatre, Drama, Summer musical, Chorus Show, night of one acts, etc.)
Submission Deadline: January 31, 2012
While submissions will be accepted beyond this date, priority will be given to early submissions and those submitted by January 31st, if the proposal fulfills RTP’s needs for the upcoming season.

To all directors: if your play is selected for our Season, you will be required to attend our Feb, 2012 RTP Board Meeting to present a 5 minute presentation on your production to our board members.
Proposals For Directing Without A Proposed Project
So, perhaps you want to direct, but don’t really have a play in mind right now, or you are willing to direct a play that RTP’s Play Selection Committee has selected.
If so, please send us a letter of introduction and a resume (with references) so we can add you to our director database.
